Do they have time to access all of this offer?
Normally time is extremely short and the executives are always in a high degree of stress by the routine of their daily lives.
Analyzing in most cases I know, the executive prefers contact with the teacher in person to have their classes because on this way he remains bound on what is necessary to learn and the teacher can detect degrees of stress, distraction, fatigue or interest.
It is very important keep shaping the classroom according to the day of the executive, involving his physical and psychological disposition or even in the latter case relocating that class to another date.
Thus leaving to the executive the option of choice without being tied to deadlines and modules.
For 20 years I have examined this behavior and techniques developed for this group of differentiated learning.
The tips are always lessons focused on life history of the executives based on their routines and subjects of interest, what makes the VIP class a plus in their life.
My suggestion for material classes is to use books from Market Leader, completely geared for business; case studies and executive programs.
