Taking part of a massive teacher development event is not only gratifying but also mind-blowing. IATEFL was held in Glasgow this year! More than 2000 teachers worldwide got together to share classroom experiences, learn from each other and exchange cultural aspects that take place inside and out of the classroom walls.
Teacher development is never enough! Teachers, as well as students, are in constant need of inspiration. Attending conferences in different parts of the world and meeting so many teachers with different cultural backgrounds, makes us reflect and question our own teaching concepts. And we all know that inspiration, reflection and networking are the best ways to develop your practice.
